Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable Make-Ready Maintenance Technician to prepare rental properties for new tenants. This role involves performing minor repairs, painting, cleaning, and general maintenance to ensure units are move-in ready. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:

Inspect vacant units and complete necessary repairs.

Paint, patch, and perform touch-ups as needed.

Complete minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.

Replace fixtures, appliances, and hardware when required.

Clean and prepare units to meet quality standards.

Report larger maintenance issues to management.
Qualifications:

Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
