Job Title: Receptionist (Beaumont area)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. The Receptionist will handle front desk responsibilities, greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area

Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries

Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings

Provide basic administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation

Assist staff and management with day-to-day office needs

Follow security procedures and monitor visitor access
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Work Environment:

Office-based position with frequent interaction with staff, visitors, and clients

Hours are Monday - Friday, from 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. This is a long-term position that offers health insurance and weekly pay.
