Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented HR Office Assistant to join our team. This role provides support to the Human Resources department with both clerical and physical tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to handle a mix of office work and hands-on responsibilities.
Responsibilities:

Assist with HR paperwork, filing, and employee records.

Support onboarding and new hire documentation.

Perform general office duties such as scanning, copying, and data entry.

Greet and assist employees and visitors in the HR office.

Move, lift, and organize office materials and supplies (up to [25–40 lbs]).

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.

Provide support for HR staff on projects and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).

Previous office or administrative experience a plus.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Comfortable standing, moving, and lifting throughout the day.

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
