Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on fleet vehicles and equipment, including oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, fluid checks, and brake inspections.

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and report potential issues before they become major repairs.

Maintain accurate service and inspection records in accordance with company and DOT requirements.

Diagnose and complete minor repairs as needed (lights, belts, hoses, batteries, etc.).

Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Collaborate with fleet supervisors and dispatch to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and service bays.

Assist in maintaining parts inventory and ordering supplies when necessary.
