Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to achieve and maintain ISO 9001 certification.

Conduct internal quality audits and lead audit preparation for external audits (customers, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies).

Manage and track audit findings, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and follow-up activities to ensure timely resolution.

Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to integrate quality processes with business objectives.

Oversee document control, ensuring that quality documentation is accurate, current, and compliant with ISO and company standards.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality manuals.

Promote and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality methodologies.

Conduct training sessions for employees on QMS processes, audit readiness, and quality best practices.

Analyze and report quality performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending process improvements.

Support root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to reduce defects and improve customer satisfaction.

Implement visual management tools and systems to enhance transparency of quality performance across operations.
