Office Administrator
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workplace. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks while supporting staff and management.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized office environment

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

Prepare documents, reports, and presentations

Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking

Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management

Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
