Job Full Description
The Hotel Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, and addressing guest needs throughout their stay. This role serves as the first point of contact and represents the hotel’s brand and service standards.
Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression

Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently

Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications

Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally

Handle guest requests, complaints, and concerns promptly

Process payments, issue invoices, and balance cash and credit transactions

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness

Maintain accurate guest records and daily reports

Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and security procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree is a plus)

Previous customer service or hotel front desk experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Proficiency with hotel management systems (PMS) and basic computer skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude
