Position Overview:
A local cleaning company is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist with daily operations and help close the store each evening. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone

Process payments and handle cash transactions

Schedule services and answer customer inquiries

Maintain a clean and organized front office area

Balance register and assist with end-of-day closing procedures

Ensure store is secured properly at closing
Requirements:
