A Customer Service Clerk is responsible for assisting customers by providing information, processing transactions, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused attitude.

  • Greet customers in person, by phone, or via email

  • Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, or policies

  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and payments

  • Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases

  • Assist with billing questions and basic account inquiries

  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer concerns

  • Prepare reports and documentation related to customer interactions

  • Follow company policies and service standards

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service or clerical experience preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
