We’re looking for an Business-to-Business Outside Sales Representative to help grow our client base. This is a great opportunity for someone with a positive and outgoing attitude, professional presentation, and the confidence to cold call, do door-to-door prospecting, and build connections. Must be reliable and have a high degree of accountability.
What You’ll Do:
- Visit local businesses to introduce our staffing and workforce solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Identify client needs and communicate how we can help solve their staffing challenges
- Track activity and follow up with prospects regularly
- Represent our company with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you genuinely enjoy connecting with others
- Comfort with cold calling and initiating conversations in person
- Reliable transportation, a valid Texas driver’s license, and a good driving history
- Presentable, personable, and persistent
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- A high level of honesty and accountability
- Previous sales, retail, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
