NOW HIRING: Warehouse Production Lead – Donation Station (Grapevine, TX)
Hourly Rate: $17.00
Schedule: Full-time | Off Sundays & Mondays
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- High school diploma or GED
- 6–12 months of experience in a warehouse, donation intake, or similar environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current car insurance
- Previous nonprofit experience is a plus!
What You’ll Do:
As the Warehouse Production Lead, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our donation intake and warehouse operations running smoothly. You’ll lead by example, support your team, and help ensure donated goods are processed efficiently and delivered to our resale stores.
Production Responsibilities:
- Sort, tag, and price donated items (clothing, household goods, toys, etc.)
- Collaborate with management and team leads on daily/weekly action plans
- Train and support production team members and volunteers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production area
- Monitor production quotas and assist in team development
Warehouse Responsibilities:
- Deliver merchandise to resale stores (2+ times per week)
- Ensure accurate and complete shipments
- Maintain and inspect delivery vehicles; report maintenance needs
- Organize seasonal and warehouse sales areas
- Assist with register operations and general warehouse upkeep.
Note: This position requires the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 75 lbs as a regular part of the job.
