Conformal Coat Operator – $16/hr

?? Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
We’re currently hiring a Conformal Coat Operator for a growing client in Southlake, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, previous warehouse or manufacturing experience, and a steady hand for precision work.
Key Responsibilities:

Apply conformal coating to circuit boards and electronic components using spray, brush, or automated equipment

Inspect and mask parts prior to coating to protect designated areas

Ensure uniform coverage and correct thickness of coating

Use microscopes or magnification tools for inspection and touch-up work

Follow safety and quality standards throughout the process

Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:

Prior experience in a warehouse, production, or assembly setting

Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Enjoys tasks that involve painting, precision work, or hand-eye coordination

Ability to stand for extended periods and follow work instructions
