Our client, a leader in the fiber optic manufacturing space, is seeking an entry-to-mid level HR Generalist to join their growing team in Southlake, TX. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, perfect for a well-rounded HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both employees and leadership across the full spectrum of human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities

Administer day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.

Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries.

Manage the recruitment lifecycle: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

Support employee relations by assisting managers with performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.

Oversee benefits administration, open enrollment, and leave management.

Maintain accurate HRIS records, personnel files, and compliance documentation.

Assist with training and development initiatives, employee engagement programs, and culture-building activities.

Prepare HR reports and metrics to support leadership in decision-making.
Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in Human Resources (generalist or similar role).

Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
