We are currently recruiting Warehouse Associates on behalf of a leading global logistics company located in Grapevine, TX. These are excellent opportunities to join a well-established organization with significant room for professional growth.

Position Overview

Warehouse Associates are responsible for general warehouse operations, including inventory movement, order processing, and shipping/receiving activities. While we provide training, candidates with a background in airline cargo handling and high-volume cross-dock operations will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Equipment Operation: Operate sit-down forklift equipment (experience preferred).

  • Inventory Tracking: Use handheld scanner guns to track and process inventory in real-time.

  • Logistics Flow: Perform shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment tasks, specifically supporting fast-paced cross-docking environments.

  • Data Entry: Utilize basic computer systems for inventory management and data entry.

  • Safety & Organization: Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas in compliance with facility standards.

  • Teamwork: Support team members and supervisors to ensure daily productivity goals are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is required. Experience in airline cargo handling and high-volume cross-docking is highly helpful and strongly preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Sit-down forklift knowledge is a plus; ability to use scanner guns and perform basic computer tasks is essential.

  • Detail Oriented: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions in a high-speed environment.

  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work an evolving schedule, as shift hours change frequently based on cargo volume.
