We are recruiting on behalf of a local Bedford client for a Retail Sales Associate to support customers in a professional showroom environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, learning high-end products, and providing an elevated customer experience.
What You’ll Do:

Greet customers and guide them through the showroom

Sell and explain high-end medical equipment to customers

Answer customer questions via phone and email

Create clear, professional written correspondence

Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
What We’re Looking For:

Prior retail or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Professional demeanor and comfort working with customers one-on-one

Ability to learn technical product details and explain them clearly

Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Pay & Schedule:
