Role Overview
Are you a fan of motorcycles and looking to get your foot in the door at a high-energy dealership? We are recruiting on behalf of a top-tier dealership in Bedford for a Porter who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and keep the floor looking sharp.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, meaning we are looking for someone who wants to prove their value and grow into a long-term member of the team.
Key Responsibilities

Showroom Maintenance: Keep the inventory looking "showroom ready" by detailing, dusting, and polishing motorcycles daily.

Vehicle Movement: Safely move bikes between the service department, the showroom floor, and the lot.

Lot Organization: Ensure the exterior display is organized, clean, and inviting for customers.

Facility Support: Assist the service and sales teams with general tasks, such as clearing debris, taking out trash, and maintaining a clean shop environment.

Crate Breakdown: Assist in unboxing and prepping new units as they arrive from the manufacturer.
What We’re Looking For

Reliability: This role is the "engine" of the dealership's appearance. You must show up on time and ready to work every day.

Solid Work Ethic: You’re someone who sees something that needs to be done and does it without being asked twice.

Physical Stamina: You will be on your feet most of the day and must be comfortable moving heavy machinery (motorcycles) safely.

Motorcycle Endorsement: While not strictly required, having a motorcycle endorsement on your license is a huge plus and will allow you more versatility in the role.
