Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Facility Coordinator to assist with site setup, facility maintenance, and ongoing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing the workspace, installing equipment, and ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.
Key Responsibilities

Facility Maintenance & Cleanup: Lead overall facility cleanup, maintain general cleanliness, and clean doors, fixtures, and work areas.

Equipment & Rack Setup: Assemble and set up industrial racks, shelving, and storage units.

Signage Installation: Hang and post site signage using proper tools and safety procedures.

Scissor Lift Operation: Safely operate a scissor lift to perform high-reach tasks, including signage installation and overhead setup.

Power Tool Usage: Safely operate hand and power tools for assembly, mounting, and light facility modifications.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience in facility maintenance, handyperson work, or light industrial/warehouse setup.

Scissor Lift Experience: Must be comfortable and capable working at elevated heights operating a scissor lift.

Power Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with drills, drivers, and standard power/hand tools.

Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver physical equipment and setup materials.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety standards.
