We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will provide administrative support and ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the office. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people and data.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, and data entry

Answer phone calls, direct calls to appropriate staff, and take messages

Greet visitors and clients, and direct them to the appropriate personnel

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files

Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus

Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work Environment:

Office setting, typically Monday to Friday

May require sitting for extended periods and occasional lifting of light office supplies
