We are looking for a professional and personable Customer Service Representative to join our office-based team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.

Resolve customer issues by clarifying problems, providing solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.

Process orders, forms, applications, and service requests accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:
