Job Summary:
The Ball Mill Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring ball mill machinery used in the grinding and mixing of raw materials for production. This role ensures the efficient and safe operation of the equipment while maintaining product quality and adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor ball mill machines used to grind materials to specified size and consistency.

Load and unload materials into the ball mill and ensure proper feed rates.

Inspect machinery and perform routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns.

Record operational data, such as pressure, temperature, and output levels.

Adjust machine settings to maintain desired output quality.

Maintain a clean and safe work area, following safety protocols and using proper PPE.

Conduct quality checks and report any irregularities or equipment malfunctions.

Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams to resolve production issues.

Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety, quality, and production.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Prior experience operating ball mills or other heavy industrial equipment preferred.

Basic mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot minor issues.

Ability to read and interpret production instructions and technical documentation.

Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment (e.g., standing, lifting, exposure to noise/dust).
