Job Full Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a strong foundation in accounting principles and at least 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Accounting or a related field and will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports in accordance with GAAP

Process accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and manage general ledger entries

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations

Assist with audits, tax preparation, and other accounting projects

Maintain accurate records of assets, liabilities, income, and expenses

Identify discrepancies and recommend solutions to improve financial processes

Support month-end and year-end close processes

Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)

Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar)

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
