We are seeking motivated and reliable Customer Service Representatives to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience—all from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats in a professional and friendly manner.

Assist customers with account questions, billing issues, product/service information, and troubleshooting.

Provide accurate and timely solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Document all customer interactions in the system accurately.

Follow company policies, scripts, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
Requirements:
- Own computer/laptop with functional camera (No MACs nor CHROMEBOOK)
- Windows 11
- Windows Defender
- MUST be from Texas
$17.00/hr
Must be flexible to work Monday- Saturday
