Perform routine repairs in apartments and common areas (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, locks, drywall, flooring, and painting)

Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently

Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain common areas such as hallways, laundry rooms, pools, fitness centers, and clubhouses
