Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and safety-driven Demolition Supervisor to oversee demolition projects in Brownsville, Texas. The Demolition Supervisor will be responsible for managing crews, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating equipment and materials, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily demolition activities on job sites

• Lead and manage demolition crew members and subcontractors

• Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety standards

• Conduct daily safety meetings and site inspections

• Coordinate equipment, tools, and material needs

• Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed efficiently

• Communicate project progress with management and clients

• Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively

• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of demolition experience

• Previous supervisory or foreman experience required

• Strong knowledge of demolition procedures, heavy equipment, and safety regulations

• Ability to read blueprints and project plans

• Experience operating heavy equipment (preferred)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in physically demanding environments

• Valid driver’s license required
