We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Clerk to join our team. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with Microsoft Office programs and have some experience with basic graphic design software.
Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner and take clear, accurate messages

Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office

Use Microsoft Excel and Word to create, maintain, and update documents and spreadsheets

Assist with data entry, filing, and document organization

Perform basic graphic-related tasks using Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw when needed

Maintain organized records and assist with office coordination tasks

Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking customers or staff
Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Familiarity with Excel formulas or macros is a plus
