Job Full Description

Express Employment in Harlingen is looking for a Project Housing Manager for one of our clients located Raymondville. Some of the job responsibilities are:

 

• Oversee and manage residential housing projects from planning through completion

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and inspectors to ensure project timelines and goals are met

• Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and approve invoices and payments

• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Drivers License
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Work Monday-Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm
