Job Full Description
The Program Manager is responsible for administrative support to the job site, assisting community with social services, and handling any concerns. The Program Manager duties include:
- Assists Director with facility and programmatic requests to ensure all programs are administratively supported
- Prepare agenda for all meetings including community meetings and take minutes of all meetings.
- Prepare reports for grants, and funding requirements
- Assists as a point of contact between programs, families, clients and Director
- Serves as a facility management liason
- Manage non- profit organization and review case files for payment processing
- Manage any customer concerns and address accordingly
Qualifications:
- 2 years with manage programs at non-profit organizations
- 2 years experience grant and funding stream reporting
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Customer Service Skills
Education:
- HS Diploma/GED
- 2 years managing programs for non profit
