Build, repair, and maintain precision tools, dies, molds, and fixtures used in manufacturing processes

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to produce accurate tooling components

Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC equipment

Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal components to precise specifications

Inspect finished tools and parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

Troubleshoot and repair worn or damaged tools and dies to minimize production downtime

Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on tooling and equipment

Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve tool performance and efficiency

Ensure all tooling meets quality standards and production requirements

Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety procedures and regulations
