Job Full Description
Express Employment in Harlingen is looking for General Labor workers for a client located in the Edcouch/Elsa area. Schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30 am- 4:30 pm. Pay is $11.00/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, cleaning, and maintenance of canals and irrigation systems
- Operate basic tools and equipment as needed
- Assist with water flow control and monitoring
- Load and unload materials and supplies
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Reliable and able to follow directions
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment preferred
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
