Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed Insurance Agent
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in selecting insurance policies that best fit their needs, including auto, home, and other personal or commercial coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and service property and casualty insurance policies (auto, home, renters, commercial, etc.)
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Provide quotes, explain policy details, and answer customer questions
- Process new applications, renewals, and policy changes
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Follow up on leads and build long-term client relationships
- Ensure compliance with state insurance regulations and company guidelines
Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (required)
- 2 year experience with strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with insurance systems (preferred)
- Bilingual (preferred but not required)
