Caseworker – (Brownsville, TX)
We are seeking a motivated Caseworker to support individuals and families in need. This is a meaningful role focused on connecting clients to essential resources and helping them achieve stability and self-sufficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct client intake, interviews, and needs assessments
- Develop and manage individualized service plans
- Connect clients to housing, food, healthcare, employment, and legal resources
- Maintain accurate and timely case documentation
- Track client progress and provide follow-up support
- Collaborate with community partners and service providers
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with agency guidelines
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $14/hour
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field
- OR prior experience in case management or social services
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
