Client Retention Specialist
Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting a Client Retention Specialist.
The Client Retention Specialist is a critical player in an Express Employment Professionals office. This role is responsible for increasing market share by maintaining and developing business relationships. Responsible for contacting key decision makers through customer visits, by phone, and in-person. The role involves analyzing service needs, presenting the full range of service capabilities and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Successful people in this role are comfortable contacting and engaging with businesspeople at all levels. This requires the ability to use consultative service techniques (communication skills, questioning, and listening techniques) and the discipline of being persistent while following a daily and weekly plan.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience in customer relations, sales or related field.
Strong communication skills- Written or Verbal
Must have current Driver's License
