Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting a Human Resources Site Representative. The HR Representative will be the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns at job sites. The role will include:
- Managing employee concerns, investigation of complaints and policy violations
- Coordinating and facilitating new hire orientations
- Manage all onboarding activities (I-9, E-Verify, payroll and benefit forms)
- Collect and Submit Personnel documents to HR department
- Manage all employee status changes, transfers, promotions, and terminations
- Partner with Safety Personnel to ensure required employee documentation is maintained
- Act as liaison between field operations and corporate HR
- Report staffing concerns, employee trends, and potential compliance risks
- Perform other duties as assigned
