Job Full Description
Customer Service Rep- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
$12.70 Hrly.
Assist customers in person, by telephone, and via email by providing information regarding District services, billing, accounts, and service requests. Greet customers in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner. Receive and accurately process payments made by cash, check, credit card, or other approved payment methods.
