Compensation: $25/hr
Office Administration Clerk Responsibilities:
- Conduct orientation for new employees, both temporary and permanent
- Manage temporary labor through local staffing agencies
- Handle phone messages and general office communication
- Complete daily absence reports for employees
- Process onboarding for new hires
- Enter employees into the timekeeping system
- Maintain organized records and files
- Update online spreadsheets and reports
- Assist employees with training requirements
- Ensure documents and reports are sent to appropriate personnel
- Work on the production floor as needed to direct employees
Office Clerk Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing office environment preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with management
- Willingness to take initiative and handle new responsibilities
- Reliable attendance and flexibility with work hours
- Ability to manage job-related stress and maintain professionalism
- English/Spanish bilingual fluency is a HUGE plus
Work Environment:
- Fast paced production environment with exposure to machinery noise
- Must follow all safety regulations and PPE requirements
- Combination of office and production floor work
- Must be able to stand and walk as needed
