Sales Administrator
Irving, TX | Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time
Pay: $25/hr
Hours: 8A-5P
A growing company in Irving is looking for a sharp, highly organized Sales Administrator to support its Commercial/Sales team.
This is not simply a clerical administrative position. This role is heavily focused on Excel, CRM data, sales reporting, data accuracy, and supporting sales leadership with reliable information.
What You’ll Do

Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, pipeline, and sales information in the CRM

Review CRM data and identify missing, duplicate, or inaccurate information

Follow up with sales representatives to correct incomplete information

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
-
Build and maintain Excel reports, dashboards, and scorecards
-
Analyze sales activity, pipeline movement, and performance data
-
Assist with commission reporting and sales performance tracking
-
Support CRM administration and new-user setup

Provide reporting and administrative support to sales representatives and leadership
-
Keep recurring reporting deadlines organized and on schedule

Help improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and overall sales administration
What We’re Looking For
-
2+ years of Sales Administration, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Analytics, or similar experience
-
Advanced Excel skills are required

Experience with PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF statements, formulas, and data analysis

Hands-on CRM experience; Acumatica preferred, Salesforce or similar CRM experience considered

Experience creating sales reports, dashboards, or performance reporting

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Comfortable identifying errors and following through until they are corrected

Able to work independently and manage recurring deadlines

Strong communication skills and comfortable working directly with sales representatives and leadership
Preferred Experience

Power BI or similar reporting/dashboard tools

B2B sales environment

Industrial or service-based company experience

Commission reporting or sales performance tracking
