Job Full Description
We're seeking a Make Ready for an apartment complex! This is a short-term project and pays $16/HR!
The Make Ready will be getting units ready for new tenants by taking care of smaller maintenance tasks, such as touching up paint, replacing fixtures, minor tape and float, etc.
Qualifications:
- Need at least 6 months' experience doing similar work
- Need reliable transportation
