Job Full Description
We're seeking a Maintenance Technician with HVAC experience for an apartment complex! This is a short-term project and pays $16.50-20 DOE
They will complete maintenance around the complex, including:
- Light electrical/fixture, plumbing, HVAC systems, and carpentry repairs
- Make units ready for new tenants
- Maintain pools and outside areas
Qualifications:
- Need previous maintenance experience, especially some HVAC (does NOT need to be certified)
- Able to work outside and use basic hand tools
