A leading marine dealership in Aransas Pass, proudly serving the boating community with high-quality sales and service is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join their team.

Position Summary:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing all administrative steps required after a boat sale is made. You’ll work closely with the finance department and ensure accurate documentation and invoicing for financing, GAP coverage, and extended warranties. This position also includes cross-training in title work to help support the team during high-volume periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and submit documentation for:

    • Financing

    • GAP coverage

    • Extended warranties

  • Track and confirm payments received from financial institutions (accounts receivable)

  • Create invoices for GAP and extended warranty products

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up with third-party providers

  • Cross-train and assist with overflow title work as needed

  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative, finance, or dealership operations preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer systems

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Willingness to learn and support multiple areas of the department
