Job Full Description
A leading marine dealership in Aransas Pass, proudly serving the boating community with high-quality sales and service is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join their team.
Position Summary:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing all administrative steps required after a boat sale is made. You’ll work closely with the finance department and ensure accurate documentation and invoicing for financing, GAP coverage, and extended warranties. This position also includes cross-training in title work to help support the team during high-volume periods.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and submit documentation for:

Financing
-
GAP coverage
-
Extended warranties
-
Track and confirm payments received from financial institutions (accounts receivable)

Create invoices for GAP and extended warranty products

Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up with third-party providers

Cross-train and assist with overflow title work as needed

Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Requirements:

Previous experience in administrative, finance, or dealership operations preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer systems

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Willingness to learn and support multiple areas of the department
