Our client is a trusted industry leader known for providing quality service and reliable solutions to our customers. We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team to handle collections activities while providing general administrative support to our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound collection calls to customers with past-due balances in a professional and respectful manner.

  • Track and monitor customer accounts, prepare aging reports, and follow up on outstanding invoices.

  • $ecord account notes and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Answer and route phone calls and provide general office support as needed.

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents for internal and external use.

  • Support other departments with clerical and organizational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable. 

  • Strong communication and professional phone manner.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or accounting coursework a plus.

  • Standard business hours, Monday–Friday.
