Our client is a trusted industry leader known for providing quality service and reliable solutions to our customers. We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team to handle collections activities while providing general administrative support to our office.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound collection calls to customers with past-due balances in a professional and respectful manner.

Track and monitor customer accounts, prepare aging reports, and follow up on outstanding invoices.

$ecord account notes and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.

Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.

Answer and route phone calls and provide general office support as needed.

Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents for internal and external use.

Support other departments with clerical and organizational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable.

Strong communication and professional phone manner.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or accounting coursework a plus.
