Maintenance Technician
Pay: $22.00 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day maintenance operations. This position is responsible for completing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs while maintaining clear communication with the team once tasks are completed.
Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on property facilities, equipment, and systems, including:

Complete work orders in a timely manner and accurately document all repairs and maintenance performed

Maintain common areas, pools, and grounds to ensure a safe, clean, and well-kept environment

Communicate job status and completion details with the team after each assignment

Identify maintenance issues and recommend repairs or improvements
Requirements
