Job Full Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support daily office operations for a growing service-based company.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails, assist customers, and route inquiries appropriately
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document organization
- Assist with scheduling service calls and coordinating with field technicians
- Enter and maintain accurate records using Excel and internal systems
- Support preparation of quotes and service documentation
- Help track service requests and ensure timely follow-up with customers
- Assist with invoicing and basic payment processing
- Maintain organized office records and support overall branch operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
- High attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and professional with a positive attitude
- Previous office, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm work schedule, no weekends.
This is an evaluation-to-hire position, once hired by client company you are offered company benefits.
