Pay: $16.50 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals for a Warehouse Associate / Customer Support position at a metal distribution facility in Mathis, TX. This role combines warehouse duties with customer interaction and administrative support and offers an opportunity to transition into a long-term position.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone
• Answer incoming calls and route inquiries as needed
• Support shipping and receiving operations
• Load and unload materials
• Operate a forklift (training or certification preferred)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work closely with warehouse and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Comfortable speaking with customers and answering phones
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
• Reliable transportation is required
• Must be able to commute to Mathis, TX daily
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
