Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable individuals for New Construction Cleaning in the Alice area. This role focuses on cleaning newly built or remodeled rooms before occupancy. This is not residential housekeeping—work is performed in new construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors
• Wipe down counters, surfaces, and fixtures
• Remove dust, debris, and construction residue
• Clean rooms to prepare them for final inspection or use
• Follow safety guidelines and job instructions

Requirements

• Must live in the Alice area
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to perform physical work, including bending and standing for extended periods
• Steel toe boots are required
• Comfortable working in a construction environment
