Warehouse AssociatePosition Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support inventory management and daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for receiving, picking, processing, and shipping HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to customers and vendors while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, and prepare customer orders accurately
• Meet weekly production and performance standards
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure correct items are received, picked, and shipped
• Load and unload products for delivery or transfer
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise
• Prepare orders for shipment
• Perform daily forklift and truck safety checks
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse upkeep
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and protocols
• Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
• Report safety hazards or incidents immediately
• Participate in regular safety training
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience in a wholesale distribution or warehouse environment preferred
• HVAC, mechanical, or technical experience is a plus
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with basic computer systems (training provided as needed)
• Valid driver’s license required only if driving is an essential function of the role
• Ability to understand and communicate in English for safety and training purposes

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
