Job Full Description
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and repair oyster farming equipment and infrastructure
- Tumble, grade, and sort oysters using mechanized equipment
- Accurately stock oysters into grow-out bags for deployment
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Wash, sort, and package oysters to fulfill customer orders
- Assist with gear organization, staging, and inventory management
- Perform pressure washing and general maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Contribute positively to team culture and take ownership of assigned tasks
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, rain, cold, and wind
- Ability to lift and carry 50-60 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
- Reliable transportation to Rockport, Texas
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on weather and operational demands

Sunday to Thursday
7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Employees should come prepared with:
- Comfortable work clothes
- Tennis shoes or sturdy closed-toe shoes
- Clothing appropriate for outdoor work
