Job Title: Human Resources Manager
M- F 8 hours (8a-5p)
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager who brings strong expertise across all core HR functions, including payroll administration, recruitment and interviewing, employee relations, policy development, benefits and compensation programs, performance management, and workforce coordination. The ideal candidate is outgoing, approachable, and highly organized—someone who can foster positive employee experiences and lead engaging company-wide events that strengthen culture and morale.

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Compensation
• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage compensation programs, salary reviews, and pay adjustments based on company policies and market trends.
• Maintain payroll records and generate reports for leadership as needed.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process that supports new employees’ success.
Employee Relations
• Serve as a trusted resource to employees and management regarding workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and HR policies.
• Conduct investigations when needed and provide guidance to ensure fair and consistent outcomes.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Policy Development & Compliance
• Develop, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures consistent with organizational goals and legal requirements.
• Updating company handbook as needed.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company standards.
• Provide training and communication to ensure company-wide understanding of new or updated policies.
Benefits Administration
• Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, leave programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Support employees with benefits questions and enrollment processes.
• Evaluate benefit offerings and recommend enhancements.
Performance Management
• Oversee performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and development planning.
• Coach managers on effective feedback and performance improvement strategies.
• Track performance trends to support workforce planning and development.
Workforce Coordination & Engagement
• Partner with leadership to support staffing plans, scheduling needs, and organizational growth initiatives.
• Lead planning and execution of employee engagement events, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
• Act as a visible, positive leader who builds strong relationships across the organization.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field a plus but not required (HR certification highly preferred)
• 3–5+ years of HR management experience with hands-on payroll and full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; outgoing and comfortable engaging employees at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, employee-centered mindset.
