Hours: 9a-5:30p M-F
Temp to Hire
Hourly Pay: $16/hr + commission (typically anywhere from 500-1200 a month), They would also be willing to pay for you to obtain your Property & Casualty license.
Self Motivated marketer. In this role, you would be reaching out to prospects and leads to generate conversations about insurance and gather the information needed to provide quotes so one of their licensed agents can follow up and close the business with the prospect. This position has tremendous growth potential as you would have the opportunity to advance to an Agency Producer position in the future. They will provide the training and support you need to begin a lucrative career in the insurance industry. The position includes base hourly pay, plus incentives and bonuses.
Someone with phone experience, high energy and motivated by incentives/commissions. The ramp-up is aggressive but provides the opportunity to make incentive pay quickly. They will expect the associate to be on the phone by week 2 reaching out to leads and prospects. Week 1 will be training in their Elite Agency Training program in the office as well as shadowing a staff member on phone calls, as well as role-play practicing the prospecting scripts you will be using on the phone.
This is a career path ideal for someone that wants to be busy, and wants to create opportunities for themself and is ok stepping outside their comfort zone.
The long-term growth opportunity is a big selling point of this position. At the 6-month mark, they will review your progress as an Agency Marketer and have a conversation with you about transitioning to an Agency Producer, which is someone that closes business rather than just prospect for leads. The Producer position carries 6-figure earning potential, but not everyone wants to be a Producer/Closer because it is the hardest job in the agency, if a Marketer wanted to stay a Marketer, they could certainly do that.
Lead incentive pay:
$5 per multi-line lead up to 5 leads secured in a day
$7.50 per multi-line lead up to 10 leads secured in a day
$10 per multi-line lead if 11+ leads secured in a day
