Job Full Description
Express Employment is looking for a Certified HVAC Technician for a local apartment complex in the Dallas area.
Job Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair any HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) equipment and systems in the building
- Perform Routine maintenance inspections to make sure HVAC systems are running smoothly
- Assist with other basic maintenance and make ready repairs and issues
- Maintain cleanliness of apartment building
- Assist with set up and tear down of any units in need of getting ready for new tenants
Requirements:
Monday to Friday, Full time.
