Job Full Description
Express Employment is looking for an experienced and certified HVAC technician for a local apartment complex here in the Dallas area.
Job Duties:
- Assist with any Heating and Air Conditioning units including preventive maintenance and repairs
- Help with other make ready tasks
Job Requirements:
- 5-7 years of prior certified HVAC experience
- Experience in apartment maintenance and preferably older apartments is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish REQUIRED
